Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation from us via message or email.
Advance payment may be required to secure bookings, especially for custom or long-distance tours.
Please verify all details such as pick-up location, dates, and vehicle type before confirming the booking.
- Payment and Fares
Tour and taxi fares depend on vehicle type, distance, and package chosen.
Additional charges including tolls, parking, and taxes may apply unless specifically included.
Payments are accepted via cash, online transfers, UPI, or other agreed methods.
Invoices or receipts will be provided upon request.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
Cancellations within 48 hours may attract a cancellation fee or partial refund as per case.
No refund is applicable once the trip has commenced or the vehicle has been dispatched.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically 3–5 business days.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations and timings.
Follow safety guidelines including wearing seat belts during travel.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of illegal substances in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Damage caused due to customer negligence will be charged.
- Driver and Vehicle Standards
All drivers undergo strict verification and training.
Vehicles are regularly maintained to ensure safety and comfort.
In unforeseen breakdowns, alternate arrangements or vehicle replacements will be provided as quickly as possible.
- Liability Limitations
Globe Trotter is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other force majeure events.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in vehicles.
Third-party services or bookings made through us may have their own terms and conditions.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.
Customer data is used solely for booking management, communication, and service delivery.
Sensitive data is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will initially be resolved amicably between parties.
Legal jurisdiction shall be the Courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
