At Globe Trotter Travel and Tour Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided for cancellations, changes, or other service adjustments.
- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally applicable only if the service is canceled by the customer before the trip starts or as outlined below.
No refunds will be issued once the journey has commenced or the vehicle has been dispatched.
- Cancellation by Customer
Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees) if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total amount may be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup.
No refunds available for cancellations made after the trip has started or vehicle is dispatched.
- Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted through our official contact channels — phone, email, or website.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Changes to Bookings
Changes to booking dates or vehicle types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any price differences will be communicated before changes are confirmed.
- Non-Refundable Services
Advance payments or deposits for special packages or peak-season bookings may be non-refundable as mentioned at the time of booking.
Additional services like guide fees, permits, or entrance tickets may have different refund rules.
- Exceptions
Refunds will be considered in exceptional cases such as cancellations by Globe Trotter due to unforeseen circumstances or government restrictions.
In such cases, alternative dates or full refunds will be offered.
